2026: Olivia Moeckel provided depth to the catching position this year, getting the nod in six contests which included a pair of starts. In her second start of the year, she picked up her first two hits as a Stag by stroking a pair of hits with an RBI against Central Connecticut State. She also garnered an at-bat against UNC-Greensboro and Merrimack, finishing the regular season with a .333 batting average (2 for 6). Behind the plate, Moeckel did not commit an error in her 12 opportunities, collecting 11 putouts and one assists.

Before Fairfield: Moeckel enrolled at Fairfield University following her four years at Central Catholic High School. She excelled on the diamond as well as the field hockey pitch. Off the diamond, Moeckel was a member of the Student Alumni Association as well as the Students Ambassadors.
