2021:  Helen Casey appeared in one game during the 2021 season, getting the nod against Siena on April 8. She collected one at-bat in the game as a pinch hitter/designated player.

2020: Casey appeared in three games during the 2020 season, all coming as a pinch hitter. She earned a .333 on-base percentage with a walk in three plate appearances. Casey reached base during her first time in the batter’s box by working out a walk against Purdue University. She also secured a plate appearance against Northern Kentucky and Bethune-Cookman.

Before Fairfield: Helen Casey finished her career at Millburn High School as one of the program's top hitters, registering 116 hits over her career. As a senior, the infielder batted .429 with seven home runs and a career-best 35 RBI. She set the school record with 33 career doubles. She helped Millburn reach the Group 4 playoffs in each of her four seasons with the program, as the team posted a 77-28 record over her time with the team.
