2026: Delaney Moquin established herself as an option both as starter and as a reliever, posting five starts with 10 appearances out of the bullpen. She owned a 2-2 overall record over 29.2 innings, fanning 19 during that stretch (4.47 strikeouts per seven innings). Both of her wins came as a reliever, tossing 1.2 innings in a victory over Central Connecticut on April 15 and three innings in a win against Saint Peter’s during the regular-season finale. She struck out at least one batter in 12 of her 14 games pitched, highlighted by her season-best four strikeouts in the loss at Central Connecticut on March 10. In MAAC play, Moquin owned a 1-0 record over 10.2 innings pitched with six strikeouts and a 2.63 ERA. Her most efficient outing came in a 5-1 win against the University of Maine, retiring all three batters faced on just eight pitches. In the MAAC Tournament, Moquin tossed three scoreless innings against Iona, allowing no hits and one walk against one strikeout.

Before Fairfield: Moquin will look to earn innings in the pitching circle for the Stags after earning honors as a pitcher at Silver Lake Regional High School. She captured three Patriot League Most Valuable Player awards as a pitcher, and secured three Patriot League All-Star berths beginning with her sophomore season. She earned the Softball Athlete of the Year from the Boston Globe in 2024. Silver Lake Regional went unbeaten in the Patriot League in 2024 and 2025 and won the Division 2 State Championship. In the classroom, she earned All-Scholastic accolades from the Boston Globe, the Boston Herald, and the Patriot Ledger. She ended her career with 775 strikeouts and a 0.75 ERA over her 407 innings pitched along with a .454 batting average, 25 home runs, and 148 RBI.
