The 2025-26 season will be the 12th for Jeff Bricker as the head coach of Fairfield Men's and Women's Tennis.

Bricker has amassed a total of 166 wins between both programs, bolstered by MAAC records of 41-25 (.621) with the men and 45-22 (.672) as leader of the women's team. He has a pair of MAAC Women's Tennis Championships (2019, 2024) and was named MAAC Coach of the Year in both campaigns. Bricker also won the MAAC Regular Season Championship in 2024 for both the men's and women's teams and also guided the men to the MAAC Regular Season Championship in 2023.

In the postseason, Bricker has led the men's team to three of the last five MAAC Championship finals, and the Stags have qualified for the conference tournament in eight of the last nine campaigns (excluding 2020 -- no tournament held). For the women, the pair of MAAC Championships highlights a run that includes five trips to the conference final during a stretch of six consecutive postseason appearances.

Bricker came to Fairfield from the University of New Haven, where he served as the head coach for the women's tennis program for three years. Prior to New Haven, Bricker served as the head coach for the men's and women's tennis programs at Albertus Magnus College for one season.

A 2002 graduate of Sacred Heart, Bricker was a four-year member of the varsity tennis team, where he served as a captain for this last three seasons. In 2000, he received the Coaches' Award which was presented for the greatest contribution to the tennis program.

Bricker, a native of Branford, Conn., also holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Quinnipiac University School of Law.
