Biography

2019: Tommy Lozowski played in six games with most his time coming against MAAC opponents. The midfielder played two non-conference games against Stony Brook and Hartford before gaining entry against Monmouth, Siena, Quinnipiac, and Niagara. He managed to take two shots during the season with both coming in the season finale against the Purple Eagles.

2018: Lozowski came off the bench in four games during 2018, beginning with the team's road victory at Yale. He was also part of conference wins against Niagara and at Canisius. He took two shots over his four appearances, beginning with an attempt against the College of Charleston. He also recorded a shot in his final appearance of the season against the Golden Griffs.

2017: Lozowski continued to contribute for the Stags in 2017 and earned significant playing time in his sophomore season. He collected time in 13 of the team’s 20 games and picked up starts in four consecutive games (Army, Lafayette, Hartwick, Robert Morris). The midfielder posted five shots during his time on the pitch and put one on target in a scoreless draw against Iona. He earned a spot on the MAAC All-Academic Team.

2016: Lozowski played in four games during his initial campaign with the Stags, finding his way into the lineup for four of the first six games of 2016. He played in both games during the team’s opening weekend in Texas, and followed with appearances at Lafayette and Temple. His only start of the season came in early October when he picked up the nod at Saint Peter’s.

Before Fairfield: Tommy Lozowski joined the Fairfield University soccer program after graduating from Christian Brothers Academy. He helped the soccer team post a 10-4 overall record and a 6-2 conference mark. After spending two season as a midfielder, Lozowski made the transition to center back and was part of one of the top defenses in the Shore League. Despite playing the new position, Lozowski earned All-Shore second team honors. He played central midfield as a junior after on the outside as a sophomore.He helped Christian Brothers Academy win the Shore Conference championship in 2015.  In the classroom, Lozowski was a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society.
