2021: Thomas Stickley provided his teammates with support in eight games during the 2021 season, including both of the Stags’ matches during the MAAC Tournament. He also collected minutes during the regular season with appearances against Saint Peter’s, Manhattan, Rider, Canisius, and Marist. His only non-conference entry occurred during the Yale match. Stickley tallied points in the home finale against Marist, scoring the team’s lone goal in a 2-1 setback. The goal came off the midfielder’s only shot attempt of the season.

2020-21: Stickley gained entry to five games during the 2020-21 season, all coming as a reserve. He came off the bench for the games at Canisius, at Monmouth, at Rider and at Quinnipiac (MAAC Championship) in addition to getting minutes versus Manhattan in the home finale.

2019: Did not see game action.

2018: Stickley garnered minutes in the team's road win against Canisius, a 5-0 decision which was also the team's first MAAC shutout of the campaign. Stickley served his teammates and coaches from the midfield position that night..

Before Fairfield: Thomas Stickley begins his first season as a member of the Fairfield University soccer program. He comes to Fairfield after a successful career at Goshen Central High School where he served his teammates as captain for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. Under his guidance, Goshen Central captured two sectional championships and also to two NYS Class-A quarterfinal appearances. He earned All-State second team honors as s senior. He scored 26 goals and posted 20 assists during his time with Goshen Central. He played club soccer with TSF FC and was a team captain for the U17 and U18 teams. He gained international experience by playing in Spain and Argentina in 2016.
