2025 Season: Massimo Murania contributed regularly during the 2025 campaign, serving his teammates from the front line. He picked up one point during the season, setting up one of the team’s goals in a 4-1 decision over Niagara in the Metro Conference championship quarterfinals. Despite coming off the bench in 16 of his 17 appearances, Murania gathered 30 or more in minutes in eight matches. He did manage five shots while on the pitch, three coming in conference play (Niagara, Merrimack, and Quinnipiac).


Before Fairfield: Murania spent the 2023 season with the University of Pittsburgh soccer team, appearing in 12 matches including one start. He picked up one assist in his inaugural campaign, setting up a goal in a win over Howard University. He posted five shots during the season with two being on target. He played a season=best 69 minutes in match with Notre Dame. He earned All-ACC Academic Team honors. He went to Pitt after his career attending Aveunes: The World School.
