2016: Adams played in a pair of games during the 2016 campaign, one in non-conference play and another in MAAC action. He made his collegiate debut at home when he came off the bench against Hartwick. His second appearance was also as a reserve, earning minutes in a road game against Siena College.

Before Fairfield: Kyle Adams comes to Fairfield University after a successful four years at Northern Burlington High School. The forward earned first team All-League and first team All-County honors for his play on the pitch. Adams posted 15 goals and five assists in his senior season, scoring at least one point in all 14 games last season. He tallied a goal in 12 of those 15 contests, including five matches with two or more goals. He registered 15 goals and five assists as a junior, highlighted by two three-goal performances.
