2011: Cristobal, twin brother of Brendon, played in and started all 17 of his appearances this year, beginning with his debut against Boston College. He tallied four points in 2011, picking up points in back-to-back games against Loyola and Rider. The graduate student scored the team’s first goal against Loyola and followed with an assist on the team’s first goal against Rider. He finished up with an assist in the Marist game. Cristobal graduated from the University of Richmond last season after playing two seasons with the soccer team. He started his athletic career with the Spiders as a member of the track and field team.


Before Fairfield: Keatin Cristobal begins his first season as a member of the Stags program after playing two seasons at the University of Richmond. He graduated from the school in May, 2011. Cristobal appeared in 12 games during the 2010 season, taking three shots without scoring a point. His first season with the Spiders came during the 2009 campaign when he played in nine games and registered a pair of shots. Before Richmond, Cristobal was a four-year letterwinner at Staples High School where he earned All-FCIAC, All-State, and All-New England accolades. He served as team captain for both the soccer and track and field teams during the 2006 academic year. Durng his time at Staples, the team adavanced to the state title game. He missed part of his junior and senior seasons due to injury. A honors student, Cristobal played club soccer with South Central Premier, a team which would capture three state titles and one regional championship.
