2025 Season: Evan Chomow started 15 games in his first year as the Stags' goalkeeper, posting a 1.23 goals against average with a .806 save percentage. The rookie finished the campaign with 75 saves (5.0 per appearance) and made five or more saves in eight matches. He posted a season-best nine stops in the team's 2-0 victory against Niagara during the regular season which was one better than his conference-best eight saves versus Iona four games later. Chomow garnered three shutouts during the season, making seven saves in a 3-0 win over Monmouth, nine saves in a 2-0 win against Niagara, and five saves in a 2-0 decision over Quinnipiac. He allowed one goal or less in seven straight games September 27 to November 9, and in 12 of his 15 matches played.

Before Fairfield: Chomow comes to Fairfield after spending the 2024 campaign at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). The goalkeeper appeared in three games including one start as a rookie, posting a 0.94 goals against average with a .818 save percentage during his 191 minutes of work. He made his debut with 72 minutes of scoreless play against La Salle University, making six saves in the 3-0 combine shutout. He followed up with three saves in his first collegiate start, falling to nationally-ranked UConn by a 2-1 count. Chomow marked his final appearance of the season by contributing 29 minutes to a 4-0 win over Central Connecticut. He played his scholastic soccer at Blair Academy.
