Biography

Before Fairfield: Evan Chomow comes to Fairfield after spending the 2024 campaign at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). The goalkeeper appeared in three games including one start as a rookie, posting a 0.94 goals against average with a .818 save percentage during his 191 minutes of work. He made his debut with 72 minutes of scoreless play against La Salle University, making six saves in the 3-0 combine shutout. He followed up with three saves in his first collegiate start, falling to nationally-ranked UConn by a 2-1 count. Chomow marked his final appearance of the season by contributing 29 minutes to a 4-0 win over Central Connecticut. He played his scholastic soccer at Blair Academy.
