2023: CSC Academic All-District…MAAC All-Academic…IWLCA Academic Honor Roll…Appeared in 19 games for the Stags, starting all 19… Scored 36 goals, had 26 assists, picked up 17 ground balls, and caused nine turnovers. Scored her 100th career point in a game against Albany on 02/22/2023, and had season-best four goals in a road win against Sacred Heart on 03/15/2023.
2022: Started and played in all 20 games during the season... scored 27 goals in addition to a career-high 26 assists on offense... defensively collected 10 ground balls and four draw controls in addition to a pair of caused turnovers.
2021: Played in 13 games in the midfield, making nine appearances in the starting lineup… scored 31 goals, and tallied five assists on offense, while collecting seven ground balls, one draw control, and forced three turnovers.
2020: MAAC All-Academic Team…Scored a goal in her season debut in the win at New Hampshire on March 1.
2019: Appeared in the win over Manhattan.
High School: A First Team All-Section performer in volleyball and lacrosse...Team captain in lacrosse as a senior...Graduated as Seton-La Salle's all-time leader in points (216 goals, 92 assists) and draw controls (230)...A National Honor Society student and a Magis Scholar.
Personal: Daughter of Megan and Ed Grefenstette...Father golfed at Georgetown...Has two older brothers, Jake and Ben.
