2017: Co-captain…Senior CLASS Award Candidate…Academic All-New England…CAA All-Academic Team…Appeared in all 14 games, including five starts in the midfield…Scored nine goals with three assists and 18 ground balls…Netted a pair of goals, including the game-winner, at Bucknell…Scored a goal with an assist at #2 Penn State…Scored twice in the win over NJIT…Had two goals and a season-high five ground balls at Massachusetts…Dished out an assist in the final game of his career – an 11-7 CAA win over Delaware.

2016: CAA All-Academic…2016 co-captain…Appeared in all 17 games with five starts…Scored 14 goals, including three man-up tallies, with two assists…Netted a hat trick with an assist in the March 1 win over UMass Lowell…Buried the game-winner in the March 8 victory at Georgetown…Scored a pair of goals at Villanova on March 26…Scored three goals in the April 16 CAA win over Massachusetts…Scored a goal in the CAA Championship Semifinals win over Hofstra…Also collected 12 ground balls.

2015: Appeared in all 15 games…Scored 16 goals with three assists…Netted four man-up goals…Scored two goals in back-to-back road games at Stony Brook and Yale…Had three points with a goal and two assists at Bucknell on March 10…Scored two goals in the consecutive wins over Colgate and Massachusetts-Lowell on March 14-17…Netted his first career hat trick in the April 4 win at Massachusetts.

2014: ECAC All-Rookie Team … ECAC All-Academic Team … Started all 16 games … Tallied 15 goals and seven assist for 22 points … Recorded at least one point in 14 games … Had 16 ground balls … Had two ground balls in ECAC Championship final against Air Force … Had two goals and a ground ball in ECAC Championship semifinal win over Michigan … Had an assist and a ground ball in win over Ohio State … Had two goals and an assist at Air Force … Had a goal and an assist in win at Michigan … Had three ground balls and an assist against Stony Brook … Had two goals in the win over Yale … Had two goals and two ground balls against Providence … Had two goals,  an assist, and two ground balls in win over Manhattan … Made collegiate debut at Delaware, posting two goals on his first two shots.
 
High School: Earned four varsity letters at Bainbridge High School, helping lead the squad to 49 victories in that time span ... Set the Washington State records for points in a season in each of his final two campaigns, scoring 116 as a senior, and earning All-America honors that year ... A two-time First Team All-State selection,finished career with 164 goals, 134 assists and 174 ground balls ... A team captain as a senior ... Also played three seasons of soccer for Westsound FC ... Member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Son of Joni and Charles Knostman ... Has two older sisters, Courtney and Hanna ... Father played basketball and baseball at the University of Northern Colorado ... His paternal grandfather, Richard, played basketball at Kansas State and is one of just 12 players to have earned First Team All-America honors at the school; he was drafted by the Syracuse Nationals in 1953, becoming the second player in Kansas State history ... Maternal grandfather, Jim Huge, played football and basketball at Nebraska ... Named to the Fairfield University Dean's List ... Double major in economics and finance.
