2010: Arena returns for his second season with the Stags after playing a role as a reserve in 2011. He appeared in one game, coming off the bench as a defender in the team’s 4-1 win against Manhattan.

Before Fairfield: Arena joins the Fairfield soccer program after a successful career at St. Anthony’s High School. The Seaford native secured many honors after scoring 10 goals and eight assists as a senior at St. Anthony’s. His work up front helped the team capture the CHSAA League championship for the second straight season in 2009. As a junior, St. Anthony’s won the New York Catholic State Championship, as well as the CHSAA League title. For his efforts, Arena was named to the All-Region and All-State teams as a senior. He captured All-Catholic League honors and was named the League’s most valuable player as a senior. Arena will contribute mainly as a defender at Fairfield, looking to bolster one of the top defenses in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) a year ago. He lists business as his academic major.
