After a four-year playing career with the Stags, Colin Consoli joins the staff for the 2025 season as Director of Operations.

Consoli played four years in the cage for Head Coach Andrew Baxter, logging over 1000 minutes of game action. He made 216 career saves with 33 ground balls and four caused turnovers.

Consoli is a 2024 Fairfield graduate with degrees in Finance and Business Analytics from the Dolan School of Business. He is currently pursuing an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairfield.
