2017: MAAC All-Academic…Competed in eight races in the fall, posting an 8k best of 29:54 in the NEICAAA Cross Country Championship. Also ran a 30:45 in the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships.
2016: Competed in seven meets for the Stags…Clocked in at 29:09 at the New England Championship, his best 8K of the fall…Finished the 8K MAAC Championship course in 29:12.
2015: Competed in six meets as a freshman...Ran his fastest 8K of the fall at the MAAC Championship, clocking in at 28:08.82...Crossed the line in 17:24.9 at the 5K CCSU Mini Meet.
High School: Posted a personal-best 5K time of 16:53 at Arlington...Was member of two league championship teams as well as the 2014 sectional champions.
