2015: Ran eight races for the Stags...Placed sixth at the Fr. Leeber Invitational, finishing the 8K in 27:16.4 to help lead Fairfield to a first-place tie...Beat his previous personal-best 8K time by nearly a minute, finishing the MAAC Championship with a new personal standard of 25:07.54.

2014: Ran the best 8K of his career with a time of 26:02.7 at the NEICAAA Championship…Posted a new personal-best 5K time with a mark of 15:32.0 at the CCSU Mini-Meet.

2013: Made collegiate debut at the O'Neil Invitational, running a 16;43.6 in the 5K ... Ran a 27:23.60 at the Fordham Fiasco ... Posted a time of 29:39.22 at the Leeber Invitational ... Ran fastest 8K at the New England Championships (26:19) ... At the MAAC Championships, finished in 27:11.95 ... Rand a time of 27:26.7 at the IC4A Championships.

High School: Earned three varsity letters in cross country at Weymouth High School ... Served as captain as a senior ... A three-time league All-Star ... Also earned All-Star accolades from the Boston Globe ... Named the Wildcats' MVP as a senior ... Also lettered all four years in track.
