2020-21: MAAC All-Academic Team…Did not compete.

2019: MAAC All-Academic Team…Competed in five meets…Placed 40th at the NEICAAA Championships with an 8K time of 27:48.8…Set a PR in the five-mile Mercer Invitational, crossing the line in 29:35.6.

2018: MAAC All-Academic…MAAC Academic Honor Roll…Competed in six races…Set the pace for the Stags at the Siena Invitational, CCSU Mini Meet and NCAA Northeast Regional Championship…Logged a personal-best 5K time of 16:34.3 at the CCSU Mini Meet…Posted his best 8K time of the season with a mark of 28:09.8 at the MAAC Championship.

2017: Ran in seven meets in his freshman campaign highlighted by a time of 29:04 in the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships. His best 8k time came in the Stony Brook Invitational when he went 27:10. In the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet he ran 16:59 in the 5k and in the Marist Invitational 6k he posted a time of 21:17. Rispoli finished out the year by going 36:29 at the 10k NCAA Division 1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

High School: A league and district all-star as a team captain at Mansfield…A part of the school record 4x800m relay team…Team won a 2014 state championship in cross country and 2017 state crown in indoor track and field.
 
Personal: Son of Frank and Cheryl Rispoli…Has two younger siblings, Katherine and Ryan.
