2017: MAAC All-Academic…Participated in four meets on the year, highlighted by his 31:24 time at the Paul Short Invitational. Also ran in a the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet in the 5k crossing the finish line at 18:27 and ran in the Marist Invitational 6k in a time of 24:27.
2016: MAAC All-Academic...Competed in four meets for the Stags...Ran the best 8K of his career at the New England Championship, clocking in at 33:13...Finished the 8K MAAC Championship in 33:25.
2015: MAAC All-Academic...MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Did not compete due to injury.
2014: Began his collegiate career with a time of 27:43.65 in the 6K Stony Brook Season Opener…Ran his best 8K of the season with a time of 32:35.1 at the NEICAAA Championship.
High School: Earned four varsity letters at Tenafly High School...Served as team captain as a senior...Named First Team All-League Big North in 2014...Also lettered in indoor and outdoor track, picking up First Team All-Bergen Country Indoor honors as a senior.
