2020-21: MAAC All-Academic Team…Competed for the Stags at the 2020-21 MAAC Championship.

2019: MAAC All-Academic Team…Ran in five meets…Finished 46th at the 8K NEICAAA Championships with a time of 27:58.8…Set a new PR at the five-mile Mercer Invitational with a time of 29:13.5.

2018: MAAC Academic Honor Roll…Competed in five races… Set the pace for the Stags at the Br. Doyle Meet of Champions…Logged his best 8K time of the season with a mark of 27:38.8 at the MAAC Championship.

2017: In his first year for the Stags he ran in eight races with an 8k best of 27:01 at the Stony Brook University Wolfie Invitational. Posted a time of 20:50 at the 6k Marist Invitational and ran a 16:29 in the 5k 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet. Finished the year crossing the line at 37:12 in the 10k NCAA Division 1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

High School: Earned four All-Bergen County honors, highlighted by winning the Bergen County Indoor Championship in the 600m in 2017...Was also All-League in the 400m and 4x400m Relay...Competed at the 2017 New Balance Outdoor National Championship in the 4x800m Relay...Qualified for the 2017 Penn Relays in the DMR and the 4x400m Relay....A member of the National Honor Society and Math Honor Society.
