2018: Competed in all seven meets…Set personal-bests at three different race distances….Finished the 8K New England Championship in 28:15.2...Clocked in at 17:15.6 at the 5K CCSU Mini Meet…Capped the fall with a time of 29:14.5 in the 10K NCAA Northeast Region Championship.
2017: The sophomore ran in two meets on the year. He posted a time of 17:31 at the 15th Annual CCSU Mini Meet in the 5k and crossed the finish line at 30:52 in the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships in the 10k.
2016: Competed in six meets as a freshman…Ran his best 8K at the Iona Meet of Champions, crossing the finish line in 28:39…Clocked in at 28:58 at the MAAC Championship.
High School: An All-State and All-Area runner…Two-time qualifier for the state championship meet…Won the 2016 NHIAA Championship in the 4x800-meter relay.
