Fairfield University Athletics

2023 Season: Julianna Carletti contributed as a defender as well as a midfielder while on the pitch in 2023. The graduate student appeared in six matches with four coming against non-conference opponents and two including Northeast Conference foes. She posted a season-best 28 minutes played against nationally-ranked University of Iowa in early September.

Before Fairfield: Carletti transfers to Fairfield after spending four seasons with the Monmouth University field hockey team She appeared in 17 games last season and contributed mainly from the midfield position. She earned the NFHCA Scholar of Distinction accolades and was a member of the America East Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll. Before Monmouth, Carletti helped Bishop Eustace High School capture four conference, four South Jersey Non-Public Championships as well as the 2016 New Jersey State Championship. She was a member of the MAC Field Hockey All-Region team as a senior at Bishop Eustace High School.
