Fairfield University Athletics

Justin Sapienza joined the Fairfield Men’s Basketball staff as a graduate assistant in the summer of 2026. Sapienza came to Fairfield from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a four-year team manager for the Fighting Irish.
 
During Sapienza’s time in South Bend, he worked under head coaches Mike Brey and Micah Shrewsberry. He earned a B.A. in Political Science from Notre Dame and is currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics and Management at Fairfield’s Dolan School of Business.
