2024 Season: Pilar Mengotti was one of two Stags to secure NFHCA All-Region honors in 2024. She was also a member of the All-NEC second team from the defender position. The junior scored five goals in 2024 and all five were game winners. She netted the deciding goal against Holy Cross, Maine, Wagner, Merrimack, and Hofstra. Her five game-winning goals is tied for the second highest single-season total at Fairfield and led the NEC for the 2024 season. She also tallied five assists, setting up a pair of goals against Mercyhurst in addition to adding one in the Merrimack, Stonehill, and Rider games. Mengotti started all but one of her 21 appearances, coming in a reserve against LIU. She was a member of the NEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

2023 Season: Mengotti solidified the Stags lineup throughout the season with her play on both sides of the pitch. She made significant contributions in the offensive third but was also effective in the midfield as well as the defensive third. Offensively, Mengotti scored four goals and added an assist for nine points. She scored a goal in four different matches including Bryant, Yale, Stonehill, and Rider. Her lone assist came in the Columbia game, helping the Stags post the 4-1 victory. 

2022 Season: Pilar Mengotti’s maneuverability around the pitch made her an invaluable member of the 2022 roster. She picked up a goal and an assist in her debut season, posting the team’s second goal in a 3-2 win over Yale. Mengotti collected her assist in a conference win against Merrimack. She was a regular inside the circle, registering 13 shots during her time on the pitch. She capped her season with a pair of academic honors, placing  her name on the NFHCA National Academic Squad as well as the Northeast Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll.
