2021 Season: Madison Hoskins spent nearly the entire season in the starting lineup, serving as a starter in 21 of her 22 appearances. She came off the bench for the Sacred Heart game after getting the opening nod in the first 12 games of the campaign. She posted three goals and an assist during her time on the pitch, securing a goal in two of the team’s first three games. She found the back of the cage against Albany and Monmouth early in the year before finishing with an assist against Villanova and a goal in the Villanova match. Hoskins ended the 2021 fall season with a spot on the NFHCA National Academic Squad.

2020-21 Season: Hoskins was a regular in the starting lineup, gaining the nod in six of the team’s seven games. The only game in which she came off the bench occurred in the regular-season finale against Sacred Heart. Her play on the pitch was instrumental in the team’s success, contributing both offensively and defensively. Up front, Hoskins posted her only point of the season with an assist in the Stags’ 3-2 win against Hofstra, setting up the team’s first goal in the fifth minute of action. She took four shots during the season with three of those attempts forcing a goalkeeper save.

2019 Season: Hoskins secured time in all 22 games with three of those appearances coming as s starter. She was a play maker in the offensive third of the pitch, recording four goals and one assist for nine points which included one game-winning goal.

Before Fairfield: Madison Hoskins was named the 2018 New Jersey Herald Player of the Year to cap a standout senior season at Hackettstown (N.J.) High School. She scored 18 goals with 23 assists for the Tigers en route to All-County, All-North Jersey, All-New Jersey Herald and All-Group 2 First Team recognition. She also patrolled the offensive side of the pitch for Total Dutch Field Hockey in Franklin Township, N.J.
