2018 Season: Kaley McMullen was active in the offensive third of the pitch, finding opening throughout the circle all season long. She ended the season with three goals and three assists for nine points which included scoring a point in the first three games of the season. She started that streak with a goal against Lafayette in the opener before adding an assist against Villanova, and finishing with a goal in the Drexel game. McMullen recorded three points in the team’s 5-0 decision over Lehigh. Her final point of the season was an assist in the team’s 2-1 setback at Providence. She started 20 of the team’s 21 games, coming off the bench against Hofstra before starting the final 14 contests.
2017: MAAC All-Academic Team. Played in 21 games, starting nine. Scored a goal against UMass Lowell. Had two total points and registered three shots on goal.
2016: MAAC All-Academic Team… McMullen appeared in all 21 games this season while earning 15 starts. The sophomore made her first career start in the season opener at Lafayette on August 26. She scored her first career goal against Saint Louis on September 3 and tallied her first career assist at Holy Cross on September 21. She finished the season with 10 total points off three goals and four assists.
2015: 2015 ZAG Field Hockey/ NFHCA Div. I National Academic Squad... 2015 ZAG Field Hokcey/ NFHCA Div. I Scholar of Distincation...Walked on to the team her rookie year, but did not make an appearance.
Before Fairfield: As a member of the East Greenwich high school field hockey team, she was a three year varsity starter at midfield. her team was a state semifinalist in 2012, 2013, and 2014. In her sophomore season she was named to the State All-Rookie Team. In 2013, McMullen was named to the Second Team All-State and Second Team All-Division as well as being named to the All-Tournament Team. Following her senior campaign, she was named to the First Team All-State, the All-Tournament Team, and the Southern New England Regional Team. McMullen was also a member of the National Honor Society and a Providence Journal Scholar-Athlete Scholarship Nominee.
