2012: Taddeo earned a spot on the America East All-Rookie Team after garnering Rookie of the Week honors on Oct. 22 after the Stags clinched a Championship berth with their win over Vermont. Taddeo assisted on the game-winner against the Catamounts and assisted on two of team’s four goals over Penn. She tallied nine points on the season with two goals and five assists. The freshman played in all 20 games and started six with her first appearance in the season opener against Hofstra and her first start against Bucknell University. Taddeo’s first collegiate goal was against conference foe Maine on Oct. 6.

Before Fairfield: Taddeo spent five years on the varsity field hockey squad at Shoreham-Wading River.  Her versatility on the field will add depth to the Stags' offense and defense.  As a captain her senior season, Taddeo earned a spot on both the 2011 All-State and All-Long Island Teams.  She was also the recipient of the Nancy Cole Award and an All-County selection in 2010.  Taddeo thrived in the classroom as a member of the National Honor Society and earned all-academic team honors for field hockey.  She also lettered in lacrosse and track. 

Personal: Daughter to Steve and Donna Taddeo… Has four siblings, Michelle (40), Danielle (36), Cheryl (32), and Jack (14)… Her major is Business.
