Fairfield University Athletics

2010: Devlin played in 11 games in her junior campaign including the first five out of six games. She played an important role as a top reserve in the forward position creating numerous scoring opportunities for the Stags.

2009: Devlin played in 10 games and earned one start in her sophomore season. She was part of the starting lineup against Boston University. She split her appearances between America East and non-conference play, entering all five conference games as well as five non-conference contests. Devlin’s ability to play either offensively or defensively made her a solid option off the bench. She spent time both as a forward and as a midfielder since joining the Stags. Devlin earned a spot on the NFHCA National Academic Squad for the first time. 

Before Fairfield: Devlin came to Fairfield after a successful career at Smithtown High School. She earned Academic All-America honors as a senior. On the field, Devlin received All-County, All-Division, All-Conference, and All-League accolades for her play. She served as Smithtown’s field hockey team captain during her junior and senior seasons, as well as the lacrosse team’s captain in her final campaign. In the classroom, Devlin received the Smithtown High School Leadership Award, and was a member of both the German Honor Society and the National Honor Society. Devlin played in the National Futures Championship in 2006, and played in the Empire State Games in 2006 and 2007.
