Biography

2010: Bosse finished the season starting 18 of 18 games playing a pivotal role for the Stags’ defensively. Bosse anchored the defensive unit creating havoc for the opposing offense with her tackling abilities.

2009: Bosse completed the season with 16 starts in as many games for the Stags, sitting out the season finale against Vermont. Bosse was a dependable defender who kept the opposition off-balance with her strong stick work. Her instincts kept her in the passing lanes and thwarted several scoring opportunities. She made one defensive save during the year, making the play against Columbia. She also found her way into the offensive scheme. Her transition skills led to several scoring chances for the Stags, including a shot attempt against Columbia.

2008
:  Bosse  entered 10 games as a freshman, earning her only start of 2008 against Quinnipiac. She took full advantage of the start by scoring her first collegiate and only point of the season with an assist against the Bobcats. Bosse's ability to play either as a midfielder or as a defender made her a valuable part of the Stags' game plan.

2007
: Bosse spent time both as a starter and as a reserve, earning six starts and nine reserve appearances. Five of her six starts came in succession. Her first career start was against the University of Iowa. Bosse spent most of her time as a midfielder.

Before Fairfield
: At South Plainfield High School, Bosse earned All-NJFHCA Group III honors as well as All-Greater Middlesex County accolades after leading the team in scoring as a senior (nine goals, seven assists). She also collected the team’s most valuable player award. The Newark Star Ledger selected Bosse as one of New Jersey’s top ten players to watch. She also received All-Area and All-County honors as a junior. Bosse played softball for one season and lacrosse for two years at South Plainfield. The midfielder participated in the USFHA National Field Hockey Festival in 2005 and 2006 and played three years of Futures (2004, 2005, 2006). In the classroom, Bosse was a member of the National and French Honor Societies.
