2024 Season: Courtland Schumacher continued to have an influence in the middle of the field by making her way into 20 games in 2024. Offensively, the sophomore took one shot which came in the Merrimack game. She posted a point with an assist against Wagner, setting up one of two goals in the NEC Championship victory. Schumacher contributed as a member of the starting lineup four times, getting the nod against New Hampshire and Rider in consecutive games in addition to back-to-back starts against Delaware in the regular-season finale and Rider in the NEC Championship semifinals.

2023 Season: Schumacher was a principal player in the Stags’ rotation, contribution both up front and from the midfield. She was an active member of the roster who saw time in all but one game during the 2023 season. She posted her first collegiate points in the LaSalle match, scoring the team’s first goal in a 2-1 non-conference win. She served as a reserve for each of her 17 appearances which included a nod in all of the team’s NEC games.

Before Fairfield: Courtland Schumacher was part of several championship squads during her career, leading to postseason individual honors. With the ability to play both midfield and forward, Schumacher was part of two Philadelphia Catholic League championships with Archbishop John Carroll High School. She contributed to the program’s 2020 State Championship appearance as well as to all four District titles. She was a two-time captain and collected All-Catholic first team in 2021 and 2022, All-Delco first team in 2022 and was a first-teamer on the All-Main Line squad in 2021 and 2022. She was also a member of the WC Eagles Hockey Club.
