Kim Stow is entering her second season with the Stags as an assistant coach in 2016. Her main responsibilities will be as the goalkeeper coach.

During her playing days as a Pioneer, Stow won both the NEC Goalie of the Year and NEC Defensive Player of the Year awards in her senior season. She also led the league in saves (163) and averaged 9.59 saves per game that year.
