Biography

2010: Starsinic had a successful first year campaign playing in 17 games while breaking into the starting lineup in four. Her first career start came in their 5-2 win over Brown University. Starsinic finished fifth on the team with five points on two goals and one assist, the most points out of the 2010 freshmen. Starsinic’s first career point came in their 3-2 win over Georgetown as she finished with a goal in the decision. Starsinic proved to be a top reserve in forward position. 

Before Fairfield: Starsinic collected many honors last year, including a spot on the Mid-Penn Conference All-Star team, and the All-State second team as a member of the Lower Dauphin High School team. She earned Academic All-America honors from the NFHCA, and All-Academic accolades from Pennsylvania High School Field Hockey Coaches Association (PHSFHCA). She was a member of the National Honor Society, as well as the National Latin, English, and Science Honor Societies. Starsinic had her share of moments on the field as well, as she scored the game-winning goal in the state championship game.
