2021: MAAC All-Academic Team…Did not appear in a game during the 2021 season.

2020: Did not appear in a contest during the shortened season

2019: Did not appear in a game during his first collegiate year.

BEFORE FAIRFIELD: Sutman comes to Fairfield after being named Waterford's CIAC Scholar Athlete as he earned First Team All-State and All-Conference selections in his senior season. He helped Waterford to the 2017 Class M State Championship, the program's 10th title. As a two-sport athlete, he also captained the school's basketball team, leading them to the 2018 State Championship.

PERSONAL: Parents are Heston and Elizabeth Sutman...Father Heston was a wide receiver at Central Connecticut State and still holds the program record for most catches in a game (13) and in a season...Mother Elizabeth played softball at Harvard and was the softball coach at Waterford High School, guiding the team to 275 victories, three state titles, and a 55-game winning streak in 2010.,.Has three siblings: Payton (16), William (14), and Brady (11).
