Biography

2011: MAAC All-Academic Team … Returned to the line-up after missing 2010 with injury … Appeared in 45 games with 43 starts at third base … Hit .221 with 21 RBI and 16 runs scored … Tallied five sacrifice hits … Also made six appearances as a relief pitcher, forging a 5.14 ERA in 7.0 innings of work … Went 5-for-7 with six RBI and two runs scored in series finale at UMBC … Went 3-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored at Army … Drove in three runs and scored twice at Quinnipiac … Went 2-for-3 with a run scored in doubleheader against Saint Peter’s … Picked up first collegiate save in pitching debut at William & Mary, holding the Tribe hitless and scoreless in 2.0 innings … Also had relief stints against Fordham, Niagara, UConn, Stony Brook, and Quinnipiac.

Played in just six games before going down with a season-ending injury ... Opened the year by going 2-for-5 with two runs scored against VCU.

2009: MAAC Rookie of the Week 3/16, 3/23 ...  Started all 47 games at shortstop for the Stags ... Hit .281 with 25 runs scored and 23 RBI ... Tallied 11 doubles and 19 walks ... Hit safely in 11 of first 13 games ... Picked up first collegiate hit against URI ... Drove in two runs against URI, Maine, and NYIT ... Went 6-for-10 with four RBI and five runs scored in the Siena series ... Drove in three of those runs in the series opener with the Saints ... Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and two doubles at Fordham ... Went 2-for-4 with two RBI and a run scored at CCSU.

High School: Earned three varsity letters at Regis High School ... Helped the Raiders to a second-place finish in New York City as a junior and a third-place finish as a senior ... Named team MVP three times ... Served as a team captain as a sophomore and a senior ... As a senior, hit .451 with 26 stolen bases and 27 runs scored, while making six relief appearance with four saves ... Named All-Archdiocese and All-NYC by the Daily News.
