Biography

2024 Season: Kaea Rangihaeata was often inserted during the game for to bolster the Stags’ attack. The moves resulted in the junior collecting a pair of assists, beginning with the Stonehill match. He was responsible for assisting on the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Sacred Heart as well. Rangihaeata picked up a pair of starts over his 14 appearances, gaining the edge at Monmouth in the season opener as well as Merrimack in October. He was active up front with 10 shots taken, putting four of those tries on target. Rangihaeata earned a berth to the MAAC All-Academic team for his achievement in the classroom.

2023 Season: Rangihaeata played in all 16 games as a sophomore, and put together his best offensive season with two goals and one assist for five points. All of his points came when he served as a reserve, starting his scoring with a goal and an assist in the win over Brown. Two games later, Rangihaeata added a goal in the victory against LIU. The sophomore broke into the starting lineup with his appearance at Rider, the first of four straight starting nods. His final start came at Siena. He took 15 shots during the campaign and put seven on target (.467 percentage).
