2021: All-MAAC First Team…New England Baseball Journal First Team…Fairfield University Male Athlete of the Year…MAAC Player of the Week (3/22; 4/12)…Collegiate Baseball Newspaper National Player of the Week (3/22)…MAAC All-Academic Team…Started all 43 games for the Stags as one of the best hitters in the MAAC, leading the conference in: home runs (13), RBI (45), runs scored (45), and total bases (111)…Tied the school’s single season record with 13 homers…Became the third Stag in history to crush three homers in a single game, also driving in six against Canisius (3/20)…Hit an even .500 over his first 12 games with eight homers, 22 RBI, and 19 runs scored (3/20 – 4/9)…Crushed a crucial homerun in the MAAC Quarterfinals against Manhattan (5/20)…Drove in five runs and scored four more in a win at Manhattan (4/24)…Hit .421 (8-for-19) with four runs scored and three RBI in the NCAA Regionals (6/4 – 6/6)…Collected four hits and scored three runs in his first NCAA Regional game against Arizona State (6/4)…Hit the go-ahead three-run homer in Fairfield’s pivotal victory against the Sun Devils to clinch a spot in the Austin Regional Finals (6/6)…Drafted in the 20th round and signed to play with the New York Mets.

2020: Preseason All-MAAC…Started all 11 games in the shortened season…Led the team in homers (two), RBI (six), doubles (three), slugging percentage (.489), and tied for the lead with 11 hits…Homered against UNC Greensboro (2/22) and Bethune-Cookman (3/10)…Had four multi-hit games…Had two hits, scored twice, and drove in three in the win against Stetson (3/11).

2019: MAAC All-Rookie Team…MAAC Rookie of the Week (4/9)…Registered 67 hits during his freshman season, the second most by a Fairfield rookie (Anthony Hajjar 76 in 2010)…Finished in the top-10 in the MAAC with his 67 hits (seventh) and 41 RBI (eighth)…Also finished second in the conference with 241 at-bats…Had four three-hit games including the first two of his career in back-to-back games against Siena (4/6)…Posted a season-long eight game hitting streak where he batted .412 (14-for-34) (4/17 – 4/27)…Drove in a run in six-straight games where he tallied 11 total (4/19 – 4/27)…Had four multiple hit games in his last seven contests (5/18 – 5/26)…Hit five homers during the season, the Stags were 5-0 in those contests.

BEFORE FAIRFIELD: Guerrera was a two-time team MVP for Watertown and was also named to the All-State and All-Conference teams in his junior and senior season. The infielder was a 2018 USA Today CT Baseball Second Team selection and was named to the Junior and Senior All-Star teams. His biggest performance came against Torrington as Guerrera hit for the cycle and was named the Zone's Male Athlete of the Week.
