2023: All-MAAC Second Team…MAAC Pitcher of the Week (3/28)…MAAC All-Academic Team…Appeared in 15 games with 14 starts while recording a 7-3 record and leading the team with 89.2 innings pitched…Held a 4-1 record and a 3.75 ERA in conference games…Tossed at least 6.0 innings in 10 of his 14 starts…Fired his fourth career shutout by going the distance allowing just two hits and striking out a career-high 10 batters against Siena (3/24)…Went 8.0 innings surrendering just two runs at Manhattan (4/6)…Tossed 8.0 innings allowing two runs on just 80 pitches at Marist (5/12)…Threw a career-high 119 pitches and went 7.0 innings in back-to-back starts against Niagara and Canisius (4/21 – 5/5).

2022: MAAC All-Academic Team…Collegiate Baseball News National Player of the Week (4/25)…Threw the first perfect game in program history in a seven-inning victory with four strikeouts against Saint Peter’s (4/24)…Struck out a season-high seven strikeouts in seven innings while allowing just one run against Rider (4/8)…Surrendered just one run while striking out six in six innings against Monmouth (5/8)…Posted a 3-0 record in the MAAC.

2021: All-MAAC First Team…ABCA/Rawlings All-Region Second Team…New England Baseball Journal Second Team…MAAC All-Tournament Team…MAAC Pitcher of the Week (2/17; 4/12)…MAAC All-Academic Team…Tied a program record with a conference best nine wins…Led the MAAC and finished fourth in the country with a 1.47 ERA, the second lowest in program history by a Fairfield starter…Struck out six or more batters in seven different contests including a career-high eight punch outs at Manhattan (4/23) and Siena (5/1)…Tossed seven shutout innings with seven strikeouts against Rider (4/9)…Won the first-ever NCAA Regional Game in program history against Southern (6/5)…Kept the Stags alive in the MAAC Championships by hurling 8.2 innings allowing just one right and striking out seven against Monmouth (5/27)…Led the MAAC and finished in the top-10 in the country in WHIP (0.88) and fewest walks per nine innings (1.20)…Allowed just nine walks in 67.1 innings.

2020: Did not appear in a game in 2020

2019: Made nine mid-week starts for the Stags holding a 1-1 record with a 4.70 ERA…Picked up his first collegiate win at Stony Brook after tossing 3.1 scoreless innings (4/24)…Struck out a career-high six batters against James Madison (3/19)…Fired five innings while surrendering just one run against Hartford (5/1)…Allowed three hits or fewer in six of nine starts including five-straight to end the season (4/10 – 5/25).

BEFORE FAIRFIELD: The 2018 Massachusetts Baseball Player of the Year named by the Suite Sports and MetroWest Daily News, Noviello is another accomplished pitcher who will enter Fairfield. Noviello struck out five of the six hitters he faced to cap off the Division 1A Massachusetts Super 8 Championship, the program's first since 1986. He was named Franklin High's Pitcher of the Year twice and also earned the school's Career Athlete Award. Another highlight of his career came against the GBG Northeast Hawks as he threw a no-hitter, the first for Franklin High in a decade. Also a two-sport athlete, Noviello set the school record for passing yards as a quarterback.
