High School: Earned four varsity letters at Don Bosco Prep, helping the team to back-to-back 18 win seasons in last two campaigns ... Stopped 56 percent of the shots faced as a senior, helping the Ironmen to the New Jersey Non Public A State Championship, as well as a second consecutive County Championship ... Earned Second-Team All-County that season, after picking up First-Team All-County and All-State Honorable Mention as a junior ... Also Second Team All-League in 2012 and Second Team North Jersey ... Member of the National Honor Society.
 
Personal: Son of Mary and Steven Collopy ... Has two older sisters ... Sister, Elizabeth, is a 2012 graduate of Fairfield University ... Sister, Katie, plays lacrosse at Villanova University ... Double major in accounting and finance.
