2014: All-MAAC Second Team…MAAC All-Academic Team…College Sports Madness All-MAAC First Team…Two-time MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (9/1, 10/20)…MAAC Preseason Player of the Year...Team Co-Captain…Graduated tied for third with 11 game winning goals and ninth with 25 total goals…Finished second on the team in 2014 with eight goals playing as the speedy forward…Had five goals on Lessing Field including the game winning tally against Rider with less than five minutes left in regulation (9/27)…Tallied a career-high with five points (two goals and an assist against Hartford 8/31)…Also notched a multi-goal game on Senior Day against Canisius (10/18)…Also had single tallies against American (9/7), Rider (9/27), Quinnipiac (10/1), and Iona (10/29)…Recorded a shot in all but one game…Team was 19-2 all-time when Small scored at least one goal. 

2013: All-MAAC First Team … MAAC Championship All-Tournament Team … MAAC All-Academic Team … MAAC Academic Honor Roll ... MAAC Offensive Player of the Week (9/16; 9/30) ... Appeared in 21 games, starting 19 contests as a junior. Led the Stags with 13 goals and 27 points on the season. Tallied seven game-winning goals. Had a string of three-straight game-winners against Hartford, American, and Holy Cross. Had a pair of goals in victory over Canisius. Also scored twice in win at Siena. Propelled the Stags into the MAAC Championship final by scoring the lone goal against Siena in the semifinals.

2012: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Small appeared in 15 games as a sophomore with starts in five regular season games. For the second time at Fairfield she scored two goals in a season, with a game-winner on her resume. Small's first goal was in the win at Loyola, giving the Stags a 1-0 lead in the 17th minute. She netted the game-winning goal in the Stags win at Siena, dribbling the length of the field to put home the decisive tally.

2011: All-MAAC Rookie Team ... MAAC Rookie of the Week (10/24) ... Small appeared in 18 games for the Stags and made her first collegiate start in the game at Harvard. She would finish the season with four points. Small scored her first collegiate goal in her MAAC debut, putting home the game's lone goal. She scored again in the Stags victory over Rider at home on Senior Day.

High School: Small attended St. Anthony's High School, where she led her side to the championship game of the Catholic State Cup. She played her club soccer for HBC/ISA intense. Small led that squad to the 2010 Jefferson Cup Showcase Championship Game and the semifinals of the 2010 PDA Invitational College Showcase.

Personal: Small has served as a team representative to the Fairfield University Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She's a recipient of Fairfield University Dean's List honors. Major is accounting with a minor in math.
