2020-21: MAAC All-Academic Team…Competed and scored for the Stags at the 2020-21 MAAC Championship.
2019: MAAC All-Academic Team…Ran in all seven meets…Led off the campaign was the fastest 5K of her career, crossing the line in 19:54.7…Clocked a personal-best time of 22:46.1 at the 6K NCAA Northeast Region Championships.
2018: MAAC Academic Honor Roll…Competed in all seven races…Ran her best 5K at the Siena Invitational with a time of 20:08.9…Finished the 6K MAAC Championship in 25:00.4.
High School: Two-time CIAC All-State...2017 and 2018 CIAC State Championship in the 2K steeplechase...2017 All-Courant Honorable Mention...Three-time North Central Connecticut Conference (NCCC) All-Conference in outdoor track, two-time in indoor track...A member of four NCCC Championship teams (two indoor, one outdoor, one cross country)...Holds three school records at Canton High School (Outdoor 1600m, Indoor 1600m, and 2k steeplechase)...Captain of all three teams as a senior....An NCCC Scholar-Athlete and National Honor Society member.
Personal: Daughter of Brian and Lisa Frawley...Has two sisters, Emma and Margaret.
