2021 (Spring): Appeared in 24 sets over nine matches…Averaged 1.88 kills and 2.79 digs per set…Finished the season with back-to-back double-doubles in a pair of five-set matches at Quinnipiac…Hit a season-high .417 in wins over Iona and Siena.
Before Fairfield; Simone Tyson comes to Fairfield from Maple Heights, Ohio after starring on the outside at Solon High School. Tyson was an All-District First Team performer for Head Coach Kaylee Rodriguez and earned the Student-Athlete Award at Solon for posting a cumulative GPA over 3.5.
