2017-18: MAAC All-Academic...Shot six rounds in the 70s on the season with a low of 68 in the second round of the MAAC Championship. Austin’s 68 was the lowest round at the tournament since 2015. His best finish came at the Bulldog Florida Invitational when he finished tied for 12th out of 35 golfers with a two day score of 158 (78, 80).

2016-17: MAAC All-Academic…Played 11 tournaments totaling 28 rounds…Averaged a 77.11 (+5.57) with 20 rounds in the 70s…Placed 14th of 70 at the Ryan Lee Memorial Intercollegiate…Fired his low round of the year with a second-round 70 at the Course at Yale as part of the MacDonald Cup…Placed third at the SHU Fall Classic…Finished 12th of 119 golfers with a two-day 148 at the Towson Spring Invitational…Finished the spring with a 15th place showing at the MAAC Championship.

2015-16: All-MAAC…All-ECAC…MAAC All-Academic...MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Played in 25 rounds over 12 tournaments…Averaged a 75.68 (+4.12), carding 21 rounds in the 70s and shooting par or better on four occasions…Logged four top-10 finishes…Placed second at the ECAC Championship, finishing with a two-day 143 (70-73) to help guide the Stags to the title…Finished fifth of 83 golfers at the Towson Spring Invitational with a 148 (75-73)…Placed third at the MAAC Championship with a three-da y score of 219 (72-74-73).

2014-15: A Dean's List student in both the Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 semesters...Played all 12 tournaments, scoring in 25-of-26 rounds of the season…Shot a career-low 69 as a part of a 219 (76-75-69) at the Rutgers Invitational…Placed ninth with a 149 (74-75) at the ECAC Championship…Carded a 144 (71-73) at the MacDonald Cup…Placed fourth with a 149 (76-73) as the Stags won the NEIGA Championship…Registered back-to-back 77s at the Lonnie Barton Invitational…Shot a 75 to finish eighth at the Monmouth Invitational…Shot a 227 (72-78-77) at the MAAC Championship.

High School: Earned four varsity letters at Notre Dame-West Haven, where he was an All-State selection as a junior and senior. Austin helped the Green Knights to a D2 State Championship as a senior captain and the NDWH Golfer of the Year. Austin was also a three-time New Haven Register All-Area selection and a two-time All-SCC honoree. He also earned four varsity letters in hockey. In the classroom, he was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Son of Bill and Karen Austin and has one sister, Kristen...A Finance major with an Economics minor.
