2018: Co-captain of the Stags. Played in the defensive midfield in 14 games. Picked up 18 ground balls and caused four turnovers.
2017: Appeared in 13 games in the defensive midfield…Collected 19 ground balls…Scooped up three ground balls against #14 Rutgers…Had three ground balls in the win over NJIT…Picked up three ground balls at Massachusetts.
2016: Appeared in seven games in the defensive midfield…Picked up a ground ball in the win over UMass Lowell on March 1 and the March 19 road victory at Colgate.
High School: A midfielder for the Tigers of Thayer Academy in Braintree, Mass.
Personal: Son of Sarah and David Murphy...Has two brothers, Jack and Chris...Brother Jack Murphy '15 was captain of the 2014 Stags and played professionally for the Boston Cannons
