2018: MAAC All-Academic…MAAC Academic Honor Roll…Competed in all seven meets…Recorded a personal-best 5K time of 16:51.2 at the CCSU Mini Meet…Posted his best 8K time of the season with a mark of 28:36.4 at the MAAC Championship.


2017: MAAC All-Academic…MAAC Academic Honor Roll…Salit participated in eight meets in his third season in the red and white. In his first race of the year at the Marist Invitational he went 21:55 in the 6k before posting an 8k best of 27:57 at the Paul Short Invitational. He ran an impressive 29:11 in the 2017 MAAC Cross Country Championships and finished out a consistent junior season by running a 37:55 in the 10k NCAA Division 1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships.

2016: MAAC All-Academic...MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed in five meets...Ran his best 8K at the IC4As, scoring for the Stags with a time of 29:11.

2015: MAAC Academic Honor Roll...Competed at eight meets in his freshman season...Ran his fastest 8K at the MAAC Championship, crossing the finish line in 27:47.59...Finished the Marist Season Opener 6K in 21:50.9.

High School: A 12-time SCC All-Star in cross country and track...SCC Champion in the 800m run...Team won won three SCC Championships in cross country, including a 2012 Massachusetts Division 6 State Championship...A Magis Scholar at Seekonk.

Personal: Son of Dave and Kara Salit...Has an older sister, Jennifer, and is a triplet to two brothers, Brian and Matty.
