2010: MAAC Runner of the Week 9/13 ... Fairfield’s top-finisher in first five races of the year … Placed fifth at the Marist Mini Meet with a time of 21:01 … Helped the Stags to a team title at the Fairfield Invitational, by placing second overall with a time of 19:52 … Finished 78th at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 24:13.76 … Finished ninth at the Leeber Invitational with a time of 19:53.84 … Had a time of 24:14 at the Paul Short Invitational … Posted a time of 23:42 at the Connecticut College Invitational … Ran fastest 6K of the season at the MAAC Championships, finishing in 23:10.3 … Had a time of 24:13.1 at NCAA Regionals … Finished the season by clocking a time of 19:49.5 at the ECAC Championships, for the 10th fastest performance by a Stag at Van Cortlandt Park in program history.

2009: The Stags top-finisher in four of nine races ... Holds the fastest 5K time by a Stag at Van Cortlandt Park after running a 19:32.6 at the ECAC Championships, finishing 54th overall ... Also the Stags' top-finisher against New Haven (3rd - 16:12), at the Iona Meet of Champions (78th - 25:07.73), and the New England Championships (19:44) ... The second Stag across the line at the Leeber Invitational (19:50) and the third at the Fairfield Invitational (20:28) and the MAAC Championships (25:19.4) ... Had a time of 26:03 at the NCAA Regionals (6K).

2008: The Stags top-finisher in four of nine races ... Finished ninth overall at the Leeber Invitational (19:51.26) ... Also was the top-finisher at the New England Championships (119th - 19:38), the MAAC Championships (19th - 23:07.97), and the ECAC Championships (20:10) ... Time at the ECAC Championships was among Fairfield's top-20 performances at Van Cortlandt Park ... The second Stag to cross the line at the Fordham Fiasco (20:59.33), the Fairfield Invitational (19:59.34).

High School: A three-time state qualifier in both track and cross country at Great Valley High School ... A 12-time letterwinner in cross country and indoor and outdoor track ... Served as team captain as a senior  ... A four-time All-League selection and a three-time All-Area pick ... Named track team's Most Valuable Distance Runner three years in a row ... Served as secretary of the Student Council.
