2010: Keeney played in 18 out of 19 games this season while earning a spot in the starting lineup twice. Her first career start came in conference matchup against New Hampshire. Keeney played in all five conference games and finished the season with one goal and two assists. She recorded her first career point with an assist in the Stags’ 3-2 decision over Georgetown.

Before Fairfield: Keeney joins the Stags field hockey team after a successful career at The Shipley School, where she was a four-year starter. She played in the Philadelphia Senior All-Star Classic. Keeney served her teammates as team captain as a junior and as a senior, and won the team’s most valuable player award in both of those seasons. She picked up three All-Main Line berths and was a four-time All-League selection for The Shipley School. Keeney competed with the WC Eagles Club team at several USFHA tournaments. She was a two-sport athlete at The Shipley School, spending four seasons with the basketball team.
