Biography

2010: Burridge suffered through a few injuries that kept him out of the lineup for most of the season. He managed five appearances during 2010, all of which came as a reserve. He did not score any points after leading the team in scoring a year earlier with 20 points (eight goals, four assists). His presence up front provides the team with a genuine scoring threat. His return to the lineup will bolster the Stags offense in 2011 and should bolster a unit that produced 17 goals in 18 games a year ago.

2009: Burridge finished the season as the team’s top scorer with 20 points, netting eight goals and four assists. He enters the 2010 season tied for 12th all-time at Fairfield with 13 career goals. Four of his goals were game-winners, putting the Stags in front for good against Albany, New Hampshire, Manhattan, and Rider.  He started all but two games as a sophomore, coming off the bench against Harvard and Northeastern in consecutive games. He tallied a personal-best six points in the Manhattan game with two goals and two assists in a 5-0 decision. He also had a goal and an assist in the same game two other times (at Marist, at Rider). He scored a goal in seven of his 17 appearances. He was second in the MAAC with four game-winning goals, fifth with 20 points, fourth in goals, and tied for eighth in assists.

2008
: Burridge started 17 games this season, missing only the home opener against Northeastern. He led all first-year players in scoring with 10 points, netting five goals. He tallied his first Fairfield goal against Yale, netting the game winner in a 1-0 victory. Two games later, Burridge found the back of the net in the Stags’ 2-1 setback against Boston College at home, connecting on a penalty kick. Burridge registered one of the team’s two penalty kick goals this year. He recorded the team’s lone goal against nationally-ranked Loyola as the Stags came up short by a 2-1 count. He also scored a goal against Siena in the MAAC Tournament semifinals, before netting the game-winning goal against Loyola in the MAAC Touranment championship game.  Burridge took 23 shots during the season, including a season-high five shots against Boston College and verus Canisius.
