Biography

2017: MAAC All-Academic Team… As a senior, she put up her best offensive numbers totaling 41 points off 29 goals and 12 assists in 18 starts… Sulliman was also second on the team with 37 groundballs and third with 19 caused turnovers… The midfielder had a five point game on April 12 against Quinnipiac tallying two goals and three assists.

2016: MAAC All-Academic… Started all 18 games for the Stags as a junior playing at defense and midfield… She posted 24 groundballs which was fourth most on the team… Also had 14 draw controls… Had the third most caused turnovers on the team with 16.

2015: MAAC All-Academic Team… Sulliman was an essential part of the Fairfield midfield. She competed in 18 of 19 games, with seven starts including the NCAA first round game against No. 11 Princeton. Sulliman recorded eight single-goal games and dished three assists. She was one of nine Stags to tally 10+ points, finishing the year with 11. Sulliman took 15 shots, with 13 on goal, and earned a shots on goal percentage of .867. She went 3-for-4 on free position shots, converting .750 into goals. In the MAAC Championship contest against Canisius, Sulliman tallied the game-winning goal. She also picked up nine ground balls, grabbed four draw controls and caused six turnovers for Fairfield.

2014: Sulliman appeared in nine contests at midfield for the Stags, where she tallied two goals and two assists for four points. Sulliman recorded goals against conference foes Quinnipiac and Canisius, at the MAAC Tournament semifinal. Sulliman recorded five shots, with three shots on goal, and a shots on goal percentage of .600.

Before Fairfield: Sulliman comes to Fairfield after lettering four years in lacrosse, the last two at Rye, after spending two seasons at Chaparral High School in Scottsdale, Ariz. During her final campaign at Rye, she served as a team captain and tallied 19 goals, 10 assists, and 19 ground balls in five games before a season-ending injury. As a junior, Sulliman earned All-America, All-League, All-Section, and All-Hudson Valley Second Team honors. She was selected the attack Most Valuable Player (MVP) for Chaparral High School in 2011 and was named the state Attack Player of the Year. Sulliman was also a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Barbara and Douglass Sulliman… Has four sisters, Samantha, Teddy, Vivian, and Thomason… Father, Douglas, is an 11-year National Hockey League (NHL) veteran… Mother, Barbara, played field hockey at Rosemount College… Sister, Samantha, played field hockey and lacrosse at Babson College... Member of the Student-Athlete 3.0 Club (2013-present)...Named to the Student Athlete Dean's List her sophomore and junior year... Participates with the team and supports the Wounded Warrior Project and Friends of Jaclyn… Major is Marketing.
