The Fairfield University men's rowing team competed at the Dad Vail Regatta this weekend, taking part in the varsity 8, the varsity 4, the second varsity 4, and the second varsity 8.
The second varsity 4 started things off for the Stags, taking ninth in the time trails with a time of 7:12.525 which sent the team to semi-final 1. In that race, Fairfield secured fifth place by crossing the line in 7:39.58. Â In the final 2, the grouping finished in 7:26.31 for third place behind the efforts of

The second varsity 8 continued competition for Fairfield and completed the distance with a time of 5:49.397, placing the crew in the semi-final 1 as well. The Stags also secured a fifth-place finish in that semi-final with its time of 6:07.64. In Final 2, the Stags crossed the line 6:08.71 for fourth place. The boat was comprised by

The varsity 4 timed out in 6:39.68 in its time trail, putting the group in semi-final 2. The crew garnered fourth place in that semi-final by clocking in at 6:59.78. The crew collected first place in the final 2 with a time of 7:05.09, five seconds faster than runner up Rollins. The Stags were represented by
