INDIANAPOLIS – This past week, Fairfield University Men's Basketball rising senior
Luke Davidson attended the 2025 NCAA Career in Sports Forum in Indianapolis. Davidson was selected from a nationwide pool of applicants to attend the exclusive summit.
The NCAA Career in Sports Forum connects student-athletes who wish to pursue a career in athletics with their peers as well as with industry leaders from universities, conferences and the national level. The program objectives include:
- Educate participants on how personal strengths intersect with career opportunities.
- Provide participants with tangible experiences that will push them forward in their aspiration for a career in sports.
- Explore professional and career development strategies to help the transition to a career in the sports industry.
- Learn about the role of an intercollegiate coach, athletics administrator and national governing body staff member.
Davidson was a captain of the Stags as a junior in the 2024-25 season. He is a Dean's List student pursuing a double major in Sports Business and Psychology.
