RICHMOND, Va. – #16/18 Fairfield University Men's Lacrosse earned a pair of major awards to highlight the Stags' All-CAA honors, which were unveiled by the Coastal Athletic Association on Wednesday morning.
Julian Radossich was named the CAA Defensive Player of the Year, and Head Coach
Andrew Baxter was selected as CAA co-Coach of the Year. In total, eight Fairfield student-athletes were recognized on the All-CAA ledger.
Radossich is Fairfield's first-ever CAA Defensive Player of the Year. The sophomore earns the distinction after leading the conference with a Fairfield single-season record 41 caused turnovers – 20 more than the second-place finisher. His 2.93 caused turnovers per game currently rank second in the nation. Radossich has also collected 39 ground balls and chipped in offensively with a goal and an assist.
Radossich, who is also Fairfield's career leader with 68 caused turnovers, was previously named the CAA Rookie of the Year in 2024. He is now a two-time All-CAA First Team defenseman.
Andrew Baxter has led Fairfield on an historic 2025 campaign on his way to co-Coach of the Year recognition. The Stags have tied the program's single-season record with 12 victories, currently standing at 12-2. Fairfield began the campaign at 9-0 – standing for one week as the final unbeaten team in the nation – and have been nationally ranked for the last 10 weeks. Fairfield secured the #2 seed in the CAA Championship with a 5-2 conference mark.
Baxter is Fairfield's second CAA Coach of the Year. His predecessor Andy Copelan earned the award in 2015 in the Stags' inaugural season as CAA members.

Will Consoli and
Luke Okupski.
Lynch is Fairfield's leader with 26 assists and 48 points. The sophomore attackman leads the CAA and ranks 26th in the nation with 1.86 assists per game and slots fourth in the conference at 3.43 points per contest. In seven CAA games, Lynch scored 12 goals and dished out 14 assists for a team-best 26 points against CAA foes.
The sophomore picks up his first career All-CAA selection after earning a place on the All-Rookie Team in 2024.
Consoli is now a two-time All-CAA First Team honoree and a three-time all-league pick overall – as well as the 2023 CAA Rookie of the Year. The spring, the midfielder has tallied 29 points comprised of 16 goals and 13 assists. Consoli is 13th in the conference with 1.08 assists per game and 19th at 2.42 points per outing.
Okupski collects his first All-CAA nod as a First Team selection in his graduate student season. He scored a team-best 15 of his 25 goals during CAA action and has amassed 31 points in total. Okupski shares the team lead with three man-up goals and three of his markers have stood as the game winner for the Stags.
The Stags placed three players on the All-CAA Second Team, rounding out the honorees at a league-high seven All-CAA laurels.
Jake Gilbert has started every game on attack, scoring 28 goals with seven assists for 35 points. He ranks ninth in the conference at 2.00 goals per game. Gilbert netted 12 goals with four assists in Fairfield's seven CAA games. He is a first-time All-CAA honoree.
Rob Moore was a breakout performer in the midfield, shattering his personal bests with 13 goals, 17 assists and 30 total points. His scoring output includes the overtime game-winner in the Stags' dramatic win over Sacred Heart that stands as one of the hallmark moments to date of the 2025 campaign. More than half of Moore's points have come during league play with seven goals and 10 assists against CAA opposition.
Another first-time All-CAA honoree,
Owen Hirsch has started 14 games in the Fairfield cage. He ranks 12th in the nation with a league-low 8.94 goals-against average and slots third in the CAA (31st nationally) with a .532 save percentage. His save percentage as been at .500 or better in nine games and he has tallied double-digit saves in six contests, including a season-high 16 stops in the 13-10 win at Delaware last month.
Completing the list of honorees is
Devin Lampron, who merited a place on the CAA All-Rookie Team. The attackman has started every game in his freshman campaign, recording a team-best 29 goals alongside seven assists. Lampron ranks seventh in the CAA with 2.07 goals per game, slotting eighth in the nation and second in the conference among freshmen. A four-time CAA Rookie of the Week, he scored 12 goals with four assists in CAA action.
The Stags are the #2 seed in this week's CAA Championship, where they will play third-seeded Drexel on Thursday, May 1 at 7 p.m. The entirety of the tournament will be held at Towson's Johnny Unitas Stadium.
